Te Waka and KPMG would like to invite you to our Cashflow in a Crisis series, with our second webinar of the series: Week 1 down – what next?
This session our KPMG panelists alongside John Wilkinson from ASB will run through a practical step by step illustration of a daily cashflow and the real life impacts on the cash position of your business. The cashflow template will be made available to all attendees via the Te Waka website.
We will provide some tips and tricks on how to manage these impacts, ultimately to give better control over your cash. We will also continue the popular Q&A style programme consistent with our first webinar.

Ken Stephens - Partner, Private Enterprise
Ken is a Partner in the Hamilton Private Enterprise team and has extensive experience in providing best practice management and financial accounting services.
Ken gained international experience with KPMG secondments to the US and London. Ken spent six years with a major New Zealand corporate, leading a team of 100 accountants providing financial and management accounting services globally.
Ken has a wide variety of clients: start-ups, family-owned businesses, public-sector and large corporates. Ken is passionate about KPMG’s prosperity story: helping New Zealand’s businesses succeed, the public sector to achieve more, and our communities to grow.
Dylan Shell - Director, Private Enterprise
Dylan is a Director in the Hamilton Private Enterprise team and has 15 years accounting work experience, 9 years with KPMG and 6 years with a large multinational manufacturing and sales organisation.
Dylan works with a large number of clients across a number of industries in both general compliance, business strategy and performance. Dylan assists a number of clients in a virtual CFO capacity.
Dylan is passionate about business partnering with his clients to help them surpass their financial, business and personal goals, whilst challenging his clients to think outside the box and soundboard their business ideas.
John Wilkinson - Commercial Manager in North Waikato, Te Awamutu, Morrinsville
John is a very experienced Commercial Banking Manager with ASB Bank with a wealth of knowledge, skill and experience gained in both banking and business through almost 40 years of experience in varying economic conditions. He has been in the Waikato since the early 1990’s and manages a diverse portfolio of customers in Retail, Manufacturing, Professional Services, Import/Export, Rural Support Services as well as Property Investment and Development.
He is a Director of SODA Inc, entrepreneurial incubator, a committee member of the local Institute of Directors Branch and Chairman the Waikato Branch of the Graeme Dingle Foundation.
Eva Perrone - Innovation Manager, Private Enterprise
Eva is the Innovation Manager for Private Enterprise. In this role, she helps the team discover how best to support their clients in the years to come, with a focus on new service development, capability building and strategic transformation projects.
Prior to this, Eva managed GridAKL’s startup hub for ATEED and led BizDojo’s national activation programme for early stage entrepreneurs.
